Pros

- lots of young, smart people who are passionate about the product and the customer

Cons

- inexperienced management team. overall, very little experience managing teams and developing the people, making advancement opportunities hard to come by - micro-management culture - some poorly defined teams and processes - weak benefits (pay, vacation, etc) - not the greatest work/life balance particularly given the benefits
