Pros

You are helping consumers get a quality product they want. You are not harming anyone. The folks who work here are at the level one would expect at more well known companies, and at least as interesting personally.

Cons

I suppose if this market segment goes south, I would have to find something else to do.

Pros

Employer: cares about quality cares about employees lots of perks secure-coming is growing! Unlike places who talk the talk, Shutterfly does care about these things from top management down. They commit to their employees with lots of training.

Cons

Its seasonal, so there are lots of temporary workers hired by another company. There is lots of time spent training, often on folks who never come back again.
