      Pros

      To be a part of a company that brings the most precious captured memories of our customers to life, is very rewarding. Rather it be in the form a canvas photo, book, card or artsy piece of fabric…it’s pretty cool!

      Cons

      To be promoted to higher level positions, they overlook the ones who have put in the hard work, time and has the skills but will choose the next “buddy” in their group with no skills and that buddy will have to be trained by the very person that was overlooked for the job. It is very disappointing and discouraging but seems to be a never ending trend.
