Pros

No good reason to work at this company - the good employees that actually do work are leaving in droves. The rest specifically in located in the mid-west have no intention to work hard, make decisions, or own.

Cons

1. Leadership is toxic, publicly shames business units and employees 2. Treat employees like a number, regardless of performance you will be kicked out the door with a laughable severence package regardless of tenure. 3. Replacing FTE staff with positions located in East Asia for cheap 4. No strategic direction, last ditch effort to save the company 5. Company has been laying off each month, based on salary or level 6. The role "director" is a joke

Pros

They are moving and changing constantly and it’s hard to get your bearings. Great people come and go and they take good people for granted.

Cons

Systems behind the scenes were a mess and they’re too busy trying to sell more than fix what was in place.
