People, products, mission. This was once a great place to work because of the role we play in customers' hearts and minds.

Cons

Lack of communication from leadership. I have no idea what our strategy is. Lots of seemingly random changes with no context. No merit or bonuses for the last several years.

Cons

New round of layoffs every year, extremely bloated corporate hierarchy; esp around project management. Depending who you are as an employee, they are unlikely to give much thought to your contributions…. Take that for what it is.
