Pros

The product is really great.

Cons

They took an 80 year old company, Lifetouch, and destroyed it. Why? Because they could. Because they thought the work of these plants was so easy. When they closed plants and were tested, they failed. This resulted family’s not receiving yearbooks or pictures. Who did they blame? The plants they closed. The people that were dealing with losing their livelihood.

Pros

You have flexibility in terms of commuting/ time spent in office, and work with great people and communicative leaders.

Cons

You need to be able to be able to be quick and accepting of change. I've been with the company a little over one year, where half of the executive staff has changed, seen 3 CEOs, and an entire re-organiztion of the marketing team.
