Pros

1) Friendly people, very nice co-workers; 2) Work life balance; 3) Working pace is good, value quality and delibration; 4) Siemens PLM Software (formerly UGS) may not always come out with latest and greatest features, but its software is quite solid.

Cons

1) The ownership changes in recent years (EDS to Private equity to Siemens); 2) Need to come up with better CAD product/strategy to compete;

In general, a great group of people to work with/for. I felt like I fit in, and made many friends.

Cons

No real sense that I could ever be promoted. Many people performing the same job for 10+ years and no growth

Pros

Good place for new college graduates to grow professionally. They have very good training program for new graduates.

Cons

Siemens PLM, previously UGS, previously part of EDS, previously UGS/SDRC.. it had been owned by different parties and changed hands several times. To make the company appeared more profitable in order to sell to the next buyer for a good price, a lot of employee training programs had been cut off.
