Very Challenging - in good ways and bad

Pros

Decent pay right out of college. Very good at teaching and strengthening a self taught attitude. Interesting scope of work which can be very satisfying when complete. Good opportunity to create and nurture strong independent characteristics.

Cons

Due to recent changes the benefits have gone from good to bad. You are on the road 75 to 90% of the time. There is no real work life balance. You have the majority of responsibility on projects but the lowest paid. There is no real career progression just lateral moved which will require resets of career experience level. Management is not very cooperative and not very responsive. This can be good since you are sort of your own boss but not good since when their help is needed it's not there.
