Nothing good about this company at all

Cons

Constant favoritism, managers especially were extremely unprofessional. Don't care about their employees or their families. They will fire you simply because they do not like you. Praise the lazy but punish the hard working. The building is also disgusting and falling apart and nobody cares. Machines absolutely filthy unsafe because they are not maintained properly. Just an awful place to work all around.

This review is specifically for the Orlando office (Marketing department). You only truly realize how toxic and dysfunctional the company is once you leave. The culture is very old school and stale with a top down approach. There are way too many managers who are incompetent and literally do nothing. There are numerous CEO’s as well. I’ve never seen a company that has 15 CEO’s. Everyone is a CEO! This place is a joke. Unless you live in Oviedo and desperately need a job, I would look elsewhere. There’s lots of nepotism too. Don’t be surprised if you see 5 employees from the same family!

It’s a huge boys club. SE doesn’t really support or promote women. There is constant reorganization
