The only topic is job security, but you have this situation everywhere. Siemens has works councils and employee protection is in some way in place

Pros

The pay is actually decent, but what you go through at Siemens it is not worth it.

Cons

Senior Management encourages backstabbing and even sues its own employees that they dislike. They have no clue as to what they are doing. A lot of arrogant people work at Siemens, especially upper management. I see them (postal automation group) going out of business or being sold off in the near future.
