In Siemens Brazil the average salary can be higher than smaller companies.

Cons

It is said that there are carrees plans, but your promotions will be based on how desperately they can't afford to lose you, or the general luck, like most companies. Leadership is enforced by the directors, but it mostly depends on how lucky you are to have a good leader. You rarely have support for trainning, and most managers will have no respect for your work time, and will not pay you for overtime.

A strong and well known brand. Considered giving quite good variable bonus to employees. Provide overseas training and on the job training. Good and systematic process.

Cons

Less corporation with other departments. Don't know the business process of the whole organisation but only know about your own department or even only your own team.
