Was a great place to work with great people. I learned a lot of skills that I got to take with me to my current job.

Cons

Raises are few and far to come by. I worked there for 3 years and only got one raise. They don't do raises based on your individual performance rather than the performance of the school as a whole. You all either get a raise or you all don't.

Tutoring: Great way to help the community

Pros

Always someone to there for you to help with problems, never sitting and staring off into space (if you're a group tutor). Work according to your schedule preference.

Cons

There used to be friendly reminders sent via emails to fill our your timecards, the person in charge of the tutoring department now doesn't do that anymore.
