      Pros

      •This place has been one of the most respectful and welcoming teams I have ever had the pleasure of working with! •Great benefits both for part and full-time employees! 10% regularly but 20% on occasion, (they both could be a bit higher) •Interactive meetings between all levels at the store, as well as very responsive management both at store and district levels

      Cons

      •Discount could be higher, maybe 20% normally and like 35% on the special days maybe 30% but these people work hard at the TJX companies and deserve better. •Should be open longer or at least open earlier, as people are ready to come in and shop well before we open. •could have better hours for us coordinators so we can actually do our job as well as not having both the merch and backroom coordinators getting pulled to the registers consistently taking us away from our main directives

      I started as a floor associate and let management know that I wanted to move into management. I was promoted from within and was trained at the store. Valuable experience.
