      Your hours are really flexible, great management, great team to work with in my last 2 years.

      Hours can be cut around certain times of the year which lowers your income.

      Long hours, frequent overtime ( currently has been worked out to where it's not necessary but in the past was expected often), high turn over rate of fellow employees
