HR asks for surety for women that they don't get pregnant and don't take maternity leave long leave is also a problem they don't give saying all other employees will also ask the same

In my 4 months of career with Sify technologies , i have not found any good thing there.

Cons

Work environment is very bad and management is not good as well. They use such bad words. There is no employee satisfaction. I have worked for 4 months in sify technologies as a network engineer. You don't get 2 week offs a week. They can change your shift whenever they want. Single person has to manage whole tickets at night. There will be no one to support you. And, night shift starts from 9 pm and it ends at 8:30 am. Everything is just so bad.
