Very poor Decision making by Management (Both top and middle)

Cons
I was with Sify for more than 10 years. Just because of a single person's inability in decision making (mainly because of lack of knowledge) an entire team had to suffer in a foreign nation. Was wondering till now how such people could manage to survive in such an organization. Then there is a big gap in talent assessment. Over that, the company asked all the members in deputation, in the foreign nation (who had already settled with family) to return back to india on a very short notice. We were told that the project will last for 3 years but didnot last for a year. There is no long-term vision in the company. Final Word: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR SELF ESTEEM AND SKILL. If not, please proceed with any offers from this company.
