Interesting work tasks, trying to solve everything reactively can be fun Interesting colleagues
Cons
Strong culture of the ones who have been there since the start. They can do what they want, the rest don't have to bother, you'll never advance anyway. Close to zero chance of promotion. Management are in it for the stock shares and their personal gains. The so called variable salary everyone else gets is just the crumbs anyway. Look into the side businesses of management and it's clear where the priority is.
