Good for a while, but no long-term plans

Pros

-Environment is very very relaxed -Free snacks -HR is very patient

Cons

-No career development plans at all -Management is more interested on how the company is perceived to clients rather than actually increasing the value of their human resources (the engineers who actually do the work) -Management does not know how to handle underperforming teams, which leads to clients complaining constantly when these appear -Management invests more time on gossiping about employees' personal lives than planning on how to make the company better -Very poor planning when asking everyone to come back to the office full time

Sigma Connectivity brings in work life balance , bringing the culture from nordic culture where in they value engineers and value their contributions.

Cons

It's still a growing company in US and still not that popular among the bay area company.
