      Pros

      Original CEO was a true amazing boss. Had great vision that the rest of senior management shared. Built really high tech and cool things.

      Cons

      COVID and afterwards cause financial issues they let a lot of good folks go.

      Pros

      Sigma has a lot of great people, and a culture of helping each other out. Since Sigma's product is selling billable hours, the teams are focused on performing good work for clients, and this shows in how people help each other out. The pay is decent and the benefits are decent - just good enough to keep you there.

      Cons

      Sigma is trying to find it's "North Star" and is having trouble with that (what kind of company does Sigma want to be). People are treated as general engineering resources and not really recognized for their particular skills or interest. There is no investment in professional development - that's all on you.
