Pros

It is an interesting engineering company with a wide variety of clients. The work is often interesting. The company is largely mechanical engineers and that tends to be the focus. The work-life balance is excellent.

Cons

Disciplines other than mechanical engineering tend to be overlooked. You can get pigeon-holed and stuck in the same position.

Favoritism, little to no growth opportunities and sexual harassment was a big issue.

Flexible schedule and some good managers.

Cons

Core values apply to most employees, but not all, which really makes them nonsensical. There are cliques within the company, if you are not a member of the favored group then it's just another job and you'll watch unqualified people get promoted, even after they have screwed up numerous times.
