      Pros

      You get to work on all types of projects from mechanical, firmware, electrical, and more. The clients come from a range of sectors so each project is different. You get a lot of exposure to different industries and potential solutions to meet client needs. Its a great place to get a lot of experience and become a seasoned expert on design for the engineering industry. The company is transparent and maintains a more close-nit atmosphere so you have a voice.

      Cons

      Small-mid company. The benefits are good. You are rewarded for your talent but the rate at which you can grow is limited and dependent on how well the company can perform.
