Very flexible schedule depending on the department, didn't feel like my boss hovered. good PTO, good pay, good medical insurance benefits.

Cons

This is a volatile business, COVID has caught up with our profits. Some processes have gotten overly complicated that they're affecting ability to be productive while adhering to policy. Also leadership is all related.
