      Well funded programs that are interesting to work on. Good team mates

      1. Highly toxic management 2. Suppression if you don't fit in and drink the kool-aid 3. "Fake it till you make it mentality" is promoted. 4. Honesty and professionalism will feel out of place here.

      Pros

      Team atmosphere is more than a conversation it is the way Sigma does Business . From the owner to the operator everyone has a voice. I have worked in many different manufacturing\engineering roles that were top down dictated. Sigma culture allows for creativity and ingenuity across the board. Variety of work changes which keeps things fresh and exciting.

      Cons

      Benefits package is great for the individual but expensive for the family. Need to be more competitive with Medical Dental Vision Prices and PTO.
