Pros
- Get to work on a diverse set of projects so nothing gets stale - Management is good about encouraging work/life balance - Plenty of opportunity to work from home - The people that work here are generally very nice and easy to work with.
Cons
I think it's a matter of perspective and what you're looking for in a job. If you want to work on a single project for multiple years and work towards perfection on a single product, this might not be the type of work for you. Because of the nature of the business jobs can be fast-paced and you'll need to balance completing a project vs working on it till it's "perfect". Also, I haven't personally experienced any of the negative cultural aspects that have been mentioned in other reviews but will update this review if that changes.
