Co-workers are generally friendly and helpful. Compensation is fair.

Cons

Senior leadership and corporate communication is abysmal. There is no discrimination or decisiveness at the senior leadership level. No consistency in expectations. No accountability at the Senior Leadership level. Terrible PTO.

Signal is an amazing place to work, with a leadership team that fosters growth and 'creative energy' in their teams. I've learned so much since joining the team, and worked on several satisfying projects. I can't recommend this place enough!

Cons

If you prefer in-office, you would have to live near one of the offices, otherwise it would be remote

Pros

This section requires me to put in more than a few words. I would not recommend them for long-term employment, or to expect support and knowledge when needed.

Cons

The downside is C-Suite. Unrealistic expectations, poor communications with staff, letting go good people with lots of knowledge then expecting good results.
