remote working environment is really the only thing going for the position I had If you do not appreciate working with someone, not to worry, the tenure is less than a year on average so one of you will be gone by next year anyway.

Benefits Too many of the employees are critically lacking in solar experience Decisions are not made logically Oversight is lacking Processes are extremely undefined It seems like the company just started yesterday and they are trying to figure things out, every single day..
