Pros

Associate-level employees and managers. Industry.

Cons

There is a solid level of leadership that has stunted Signal's growth over the past several years and has not been held accountable. Meanwhile, associate-level employees are being held accountable for performance gaps.

Pros

They have good intentions. Compensation is competitive.

Cons

The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Get rid of the AT&T company model (Friends & Family) Watched them let one of the best Construction Manager ever to show up at Signal walk out the door after a year....

Pros

The people and culture are paramount at Signal Energy. There are always people willing to lend a helping hand and take time to assist you with questions. Competitive salary and decent bonus potential. Remote work option is a plus as well.

Cons

Tight deadlines are tough to work around. The health insurance offered is subpar. The company was recently acquired so there are some growing pains the company is currently working through.
