I really enjoyed the work and the people I worked with

I believe pay was slightly below market level, there were several restructures in the course of a year, many of the engineers had been there for little more than a year, and during the last restructure there was a significant layoff which was done in a very cold manner

Cons

Over worked. Under paid. They just did a corporate restructure and cut a lot of positions with no plan on how to redistribute the work load.
