Salary was great, but it comes with a cost.

Cons

Honestly a terrible company to work for. It took two months after hire for my manager to schedule a one-on-one. I had no mentorship whatsoever and when I did ask questions, I was told to "google it" and find my own way. Being relatively early career, this was extremely detrimental to my growth. I was brand new to this type of role, having previously been design forward, and I had no support. Constantly had to fend for myself in a company with no structure, which makes the actual work next to impossible to complete on their rushed timelines. There are absolutely better companies out there. Keep looking.

Pros

Lots of opportunities to learn. Enjoy most of my coworkers. Fast paced. Fully remote. Keep 9-5 hours and leadership does not bother me outside of those hours.

Cons

Leadership is confusing and constantly changing. Lots of turn over and not quick to replace people. Fast paced. Very heavy work load. Unorganized systems.
