I have worked at Signature of Chapel Hill for almost a year and a 1/2. This truly is a wonderful place to work. Since my very first day here I have felt like this was home for me! I have been a nurse for over 18 yrs and never have I felt that! As with any job there are always ups and downs but what makes us different is we are not only an amazing team, we are a family. We truly care about each other and when someone needs help we jump right in and help! Our residents and there families can see it and feel it! I have heard so many times from families that “We really listen”. They have said that they can see it when they ask we do!!! I am so proud and consider myself lucky to be apart of an amazing team and an amazing company. From our administrator to Don to Nurses, CNAs, housekeepers, dietary aides, and front office staff we work TOGETHER!! We have all put in the work together to make our facility the wonderful place it is and it shows! Our therapy department is top notch! We have had so many success stories come out from all the hard work and love we have to give our residents and there families. I have never done anything but nursing home nursing, and have seen so much. I can tell you that I would trust every single person in this building with not only the care of my family members but with my own! So if you are looking for a job or somewhere to help a family member or yourself ..... come and visit us! You will see and feel the difference of us to the others when you come thru the door!

There are no pro's with this company. Run as fast as you can and for god sakes don't send your loved ones there for care. The CEO cares nothing for the patients and they take patients that have complex medical conditions that the staff cannot handle.
