      Pay is terrible. Do not expect raises. Three years 6 mo. None. Employees get nothing.

      Pros

      Caring for the elders and seeing them smile when they see you.

      Cons

      Horrible pay, no advancement, hard to get pay raise even when the are due, and expect to much while under staffed. Management picks favorites and shows favortism to them but denies the obvious.
