doesn’t help floor nurses even with 4 admits coming in. Morning meeting is for bashing floor staff. All management says what they want to floor staff, including secretary! staff is talked about to staff like theyre useless. on days hardest hall in the building has 2 aids ! A nurse fired for false documentation was rehired 6 months later because she & her sister-in-law are good friends with the Mgt. A nurse called off sick & within minutes another muse , who was NOT at work, called the nurse asking if she called off stating “ yet another Friday we work short”. One CEO was fired because management didn’t like him therefore they picked at everything until they railroaded him out of the facility.
I am not a disgruntled employee, I am stating facts. Certain staff are written up for stupid things while other don’t report labs & the resident ends up in ICU
