      Pros

      Great creative company with incredible individuals to collaborate on projects. Servant leader enviornment with Pillars to complete Mission and Vision. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else in this industry.

      Cons

      You may have one or two individuals that do not understand the Mission and VIsion and are political. But compared to other companies I have worked with it is comparatively a small number.

      Pros

      The residents are very nice.That is all I can say.You leave work on time.You don't have to worry about getting stuck late.

      Cons

      The management is terrible. They don't care about the CNA. It is cliqued up. The nurses always blaming CNA for their mistake and will lie on you.Not enough CNA for all the patients.

      Pros

      I enjoyed being able to see the improvements made from the patients on a day to day basis. Having them be a part of their health care needs.

      Cons

      Upper management is very clicky. Not many actually do the job they're there to do. Most of the work is placed on a select few. Told that all have the same expectations when it comes to work and what's required when that isn't the case. Upper management plays favorites. Works very under staffed, attitudes from most of the staff. If there was a concern from the DON she would talk to a lateral staff member to speak to me about the concern and never speak directly to me about it. If you were not a part of the click they tried to find ways to get rid of you. Never got a lunch, always left stressed. Not an enjoyable place to work.
