      Pros

      Ability to work with customers in a very difficult time of their lives. Building relationships with clients, families, staff and community. Making a difference for those that often can not do for themselves.

      Cons

      Due to many changes in healthcare, balance between work and family can be difficult and often not available to those out in the field in buildings.

      I mean its a job. Tou get attached to the elderly. The food was really good.

      Cons

      They let anyone work there. I remember while at work the police came and had to question a lot of people about an employee who was looking at a murder charge and stealing from the elderly. So not good

      Pros

      Great companyear that gave good opportunities. I worked here for over two years and the site was a great environment to work in as well.

      Cons

      None that I can think of besides the food. We had an option of eating the food there for a small fee. The food was for the elderly that's one reason the food was bad, but it was healthy!
