Pros

Great residents and some good staff

Cons

I worker at signature a little less than a year. I actually believe the more you are willing to lie and cover up the more job stability you have. Do not fall for the whole pillars, and transparency thing, trust me its a joke. It is a waste of time to call corporate about anything. They will act like they are listening and that they will help you. They only thing they help with is getting you to the unemployment line. Its almost like human trafficking. The DON had no idea what was going on with the residents, most of the time she did not know what they looked like. The administrator is a micro manager. In a lot of cases they just want a warm body to fill the department heads, but trust me its not going to go as you plan..If you can find a job some where else please walk away

Horrible Management

Pros

The employees that do not have an office care so much that so it could ALMOST make up for how horrible the rest of the place is. The facility is remodled with new floors, paint, and pictures.

Cons

Anyone that has an office could not care less about what is happening in the building. If you try to use your chain of command to fix an issue you will be punished. If you try to bring to light abuse and neglect, your job will be threatened. I personally was asked not to take a leave with pay for speaking to my co-workers about how my DON threatened my job because i reported a neglect case.

Pros

Flexibility for schedule. Great benefits. Great pay. Great management. All around the best place Ihave ever worked. I stayed until my illness no longer allowed me to work.

Cons

The work can be pressuring and requires a lot of knowledge. Lots of weekends were given up to keep within my goals
