      Hard. Lots of turn over. People quit after 1day.

      Pros

      The residents are the sweet and only reason I stayed as long as I did.

      Cons

      People quit. Had to clean whole building by myself. 80 pluse rooms. The supervisor plays favorites.

      Signature must do better, they have big, new and good facilities, even if all rehab team work hard and in a team they still don't even consider it good work.

      Cons

      I never had seen a companie treat all emplogees as signature do , the Management is bad and the associates can no complain about the matter, I hope they will change this kind of actitud, any way nobody will fix this comoanie.

      Friendly staff, good pay, good benefits, activities has a nice schedule

      Cons

      Training not very straightforward, a lot of last minute improvising, break only 30mins for 8.5hour days
