      Pros

      The patients were the best aspect. Loved workng with them. There were some great coworkers and they were missed when they left.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care how hard you work. Management can bully you and get away with it. Low staff to patient ratio and patient care suffers.

      I loved the clients. It was nice being on the road and having autonomy.

      inconsistent management. long hours, too many days in a row without a day off.

      Pros

      The residents and their families are the best thing about the facility, that would be about it-they have an outstanding receptionist.

      Cons

      They put administrators in charge and if you question them in front of anyone they find a reason to fire you.
