In fear of losing revenue if the paperwork isn't 'just right', a big push to use their boxed phrases, and to set goals in order to receive reimbursement; not always suited for patient's actual needs or to realize potential capabilities, in case it doesn't work out ie: pt. unable to achieve goal they advertise to be spiritually based, but on the inside, they don't act it, and often employees are stretched beyond their limits to do more than their job description daily; the mental and physical fatigue factor is huge

Benefits not that great. Administrators aren't treated with respect. No one tries to get to know them personally and stands to help them create a better workplace. They are treated with distrust on a big scale
