Pros

Signature has already stood some strong tests as an employer with me. I got injured on the job just a month and a half into our work relationship, and they have been very 'on top of things' with the paperwork and making sure I got my workman's comp pay without a word of dismay or attitude. Now I'm back on the job and loving it. Signature really had my back when times got tough. I highly approve.

Cons

I wish I had some better shifts, but realize that comes with seniority.

Scheduling extremely flexible for students or part time job takers. Decent hourly pay and great tips if you have an account (doubles even triples hourly pay)

Cons

Depends, some shifts absolutely are just not worth it. And scheduling will difficult to cover if staff total is low.
