Pros

The managers are really great to work with. The office is beautiful and remodeled. Working from home is an option after 6 months.

Cons

Its a call center...lots of phone calls all day long. The job would be worth it with the pay they give...but the insurance is very expensive. Ballpark 380$ per pay period and the company doesn't pay into it so the premium is paid by the associate...so the 21$ and hour feels like minimum wage after you get your pay check.

-high call volume and high metrics to meet -most of the time, upset healthcare providers -cost of insurance coverage not the greatest
