Pros

Pay was pretty decent, coworkers were awesome, and actually felt like I was doing good in the world.

Cons

Mandatory overtime that seemingly always popped up last minute, the health insurance was an absolute joke, and the burnout was real. I finally up and quit after this job triggered severe anxiety and depression.

Pros

*Wfh *No set hours just need your 8 hours in the 24 hour period. *Profit sharing *they always have something going on to make it a team environment *great leads and managers

Cons

*Health insurance is a joke cost wise thankfully dont need it but for a family 1150 a paycheck and you make 1200 so super funny *micromanaged now. Use to be that you had access to all claims to work but now you get an email everyday to work 1 day of work til they run out than a new email is sent out again with what to work next. *bounce around all day in different ques *QA is a joke if your doing something wrong you dont know it for 2 weeks and than he gef hit with bad scores and no way to recover than you automatically are on a written final next is termination. *bad training-trainers dont always know the answer while training can get 2 different answers to a question depending on who you ask. *if systems are down you have to log on and on every 15 minutes to see if its working again. Than you have to make up that time that it was down. *always something wrong with are systems either crashes, freezes, cant get in. So expect lots of headaches Pay isnt much$ 15 but due to VA giving a health and wellness of $4 hour signature finds that is enough. Should be making way more on base pay plus the wellness.
