I have been so thankful that I can be my true self here without being worried that I’m going to be judged for my lifestyle.

Cons

Phone calls can’t always be documented on and Qa is inconsistent. Rework needs to be done on the work instructions for contact for OPTUM

Easy to request time off, remote position

Cons

Health Insurance is very expensive, constant changes to how claim are processed, no limit on amount of claims that can be check on a single phone call unlike TPAs
