Pros

Signature Performance is a mission-driven organization who values their associates as much clients. In my time at SP I've grown my knowledge of Healthcare, been given unique and challenging leadership opportunities and able to participate in an amazing strengths-based culture.

Cons

When you solve large problems the work can be challenging. I feel that while this is true at Signature as we are trying really hard to improve the business side of care. I feel like I'm given the tools and knowledge necessary to do important work really well.

It's a corporate company. It's certainly not the worst company I've worked for but can't say it's the best either.
