Great hours, flexible with time off, benefited, gets anything you need taken care of in a timely manner.

Cons

paid time off is hard to gather, it takes a lot of time to get hired on to the base, not enough work to do throughout the day.

Pros

Decent pay good intentions to help out the VA and Military hospitals. Good staff

Cons

Cult like with the owner, everyone sucks up and worries about not "upsetting " him. Owner pretends to care but really has no sincere feelings for employees. Very very narcissistic. Odd work atmosphere, little help. Learn it on your own little help from supervisors or managers. Not open to good input. Just a place to work not enjoy.
