Pros

- You can actually talk to executives, they make themselves available to employees - Fair salaries - Can set up a WFH situation - Easy to transfer between locations (Austin, Charlottesville, Arlington, Atlantic City) - Opportunities to move laterally or up

Cons

- I can't think of any cons. The first year I worked here they went through some growing pains, but that has been resolved - I've had multiple issues with assigned computers, but IT fixes it.

Pros

They do a little science.

Cons

The science they do is pretty low level. Poor management. Dishonest. Constantly lost contracts when I was there, largely due to incompetency and not supporting their staff. If there's a bus coming, get your riot shield, you're getting thrown under it.

Pros

Flexible schedule, diverse range of projects, better than average pay.

Cons

Contractor for government, so none of the benefits of being a federal employee, but you have to deal with all the bureaucracy and red tape.
