Business Outlook
Pros
Very flexible schedule, CEO and VPs are all really great people that want to see the company do well. They create a team/family atmosphere where you're more than just a number.
Cons
Salaries are a little low. You don't get 3 weeks of vacation until you hit 5 years. Depending on what area of the company that you work in, it is hard to advance. In some areas of the company, it seem like promotions are based on length of time at the company rather than ability. Poor work ethic goes unnoticed and unaddressed.
