Pros

I really struggle to find the pros in this organization. They have resource groups for employee engagement so I suppose that is one. The store teams seem to be good at what they do.

Cons

There is a major lack of true, actionable communication from leadership and I have never seen such reactionary decisions made with zero forward thinking. There are little to no consistent processes for teams to follow but there are a whole lot of burned out, angry individuals. I feel sorry for those who have been there their whole careers as they have no idea how much better things can be.

good benefits wonderful clients 35-40 hour weeks and holiday you get more hours and bonuses

Cons

*unethical managers and co workers *do as i say not as i do work environment *commission based with hourly but other employees can be not truthful and steal sales without you knowing *things brought to management attention gets shoved under the rug along with things brought to the district managers attention
