Pay is pathetic. There's no excuse for having employees who qualify for food stamps and medicaid when they work full time. Was told this was a chat role at interview. That was a lie there are some inbound and outbound calls. Time wasting expectations for virtual appointments that rarely lead to sales. No room for advancement. Constant babysitting of agents that is not seen at other companies. They don't allow agents to select their own schedules which leads to poor work life balance.
