Pros

Pros - You can create your own paycheck because it's based on commission on top of base pay - You learn a lot about jewelry - The discount is fabulous!

Cons

Cons - Because the company is sales-focused, they will only focus on when and how to make money - If you don't like cold calling, you'd better get used to it! It's not a major part of the job, but it's a requirement. - Uses a lot of old school tech - Commission is not the best, you have to sell alot to make decent commision.

Pros

The teams try their best to support each other, but there is not a good company culture or moral. There is a hybrid work schedule, which is the best part.

Cons

Not a lot of clear direction and a lot of scrambling to get tasks done. A lot of last minute changes with the expectation to go above and beyond to get them done in time.

Pros

The sustainability efforts and the people first culture is something to be proud of. Being a part of a company with such rich history, that doesn't make "people first" sound like a tossed around marketing term. You can see the truth of it in the way employees interact and every Signet policy.

Cons

Honestly, nothing so far. I'm pretty confident that I will want to stick around. Breakroom could use some posters.
