It’s a huge company but poor culture

I’m a content producer for the Signett websites. I originally came on as a contractor for a year, and after that I was brought on full-time, where I’ve happily been for the past three years. I’ve worked for a lot of companies over the years, but none have valued their employees the way Signett does. I’ve also had some of the best managers of my career: Jennifer, Michael, and Sara. I mention them by name because they truly deserve the recognition. It’s the small, thoughtful things they do that make you feel appreciated, and that kind of acknowledgment motivates me to be my best. Plenty of other managers out there could take notes. My coworkers are equally fantastic. There’s none of the backstabbing or drama I’ve seen in past workplaces. Colton and Brandon, in particular, have been incredible teachers. I know this might come across as a bit of a “brown-nose” review, but honestly, we’re quick to call out companies when we have bad experiences, so we should be just as willing to highlight the great ones.
